Hi there,
I have made a change in the driving calculations for those of you who are driving for us with their own cars:
From now on you will be paid 40p per mile (which we are allowed to claim without paying tax)
AND we will also pay them an extra hour for for every 100 miles they drive
so if you drive 240 miles
it's 240 x 40 p = £96
AND 2.4 x £7.50 (or £8.00 depending on your hourly rate) =£19.20
= £115.20 (if you are on £8ph)
Hope this is clear.
We have to do this and I think this is a fair way of changing it.
Cheers,
Jelle
